By accessing or participating in our webinars and recorded sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding usage, access, and restrictions. Please review this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities.

1. Webinar Access & Participation

• Webinar access is granted only to registered participants. Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (internet connection, software, etc.) to attend the webinar.

• Questions and engagement during live sessions must remain respectful and relevant to the discussion. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.

• If you purchased a ticket to attend a webinar and do not attend and have only paid for attendance and not for the recording, you will not receive access to the recording. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

2. Recording Availability & Access

• We guarantee access to purchased webinar recordings for up to one year from the date of purchase. After this period, access to recordings is not guaranteed and may be terminated without prior notice.

• Live webinar attendance does NOT guarantee access to the recording. If recordings are available, they will be provided at our discretion.

• Some webinars may include a limited time replay window; it is the participant’s responsibility to view the content before the expiration date.

• If a webinar is part of a membership or purchase, access to the recording will be granted based on the terms of the package selected.

• Recordings purchased on days when our office is closed will be sent out the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery before contacting us about a missing recording, as recordings are sent manually and

3. Usage & Restrictions

• All webinar content and recordings are intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared without explicit permission.

• Screen recording, duplication, or redistribution of any part of the webinar is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Participants may take personal notes, but transcripts, slides, and additional materials may only be used for personal learning.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• All webinar purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a webinar is canceled on our end, a rescheduled session or credit may be offered.

• If you miss a live session, refunds will NOT be issued, and you may not be guaranteed access to a recording.

5. Technical Issues & Support

• We are not responsible for individual technical failures. Ensure your device and internet connection are functional before the session begins.

• If there are technical issues on our end that prevent the webinar from proceeding, an alternative date or access to the recording will be provided.

6. Policy Updates & Compliance

• We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of our webinars and recordings implies acceptance of any changes.

• Violation of these terms may result in immediate access termination without a refund.
