Our Child Protective Case Advocacy Process is designed to help you navigate the complexities of CPS (Child Protective Services) involvement with clarity and confidence. This educational package provides step-by-step guidance on understanding your rights, responding effectively to CPS inquiries, and securing the best outcomes for your family. You'll learn how to manage documentation, communicate strategically, and advocate for your parental rights within the administrative system. (1) Personalized Support Session Included 30-Minute Guidance Session (Available Upon Request ONLY) This session is designed to assist you after a court appearance or when you need help crafting a legal response. If not requested, the session will be forfeited after 30 days. Disclaimer: To provide the most effective support, honesty and transparency are essential. This process will only work if you are truthful about your situation. We are not here to judge you—we are here to help. You will be required to provide documentation explaining why your children were removed from your custody, along with records of any steps you’ve already taken to regain custody. This information allows us to guide you accurately and support you effectively on your journey.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our educational services. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our booking policies carefully: 📅 Appointment Scheduling & Responsibility: Self-Scheduling: Clients schedule appointments independently through our booking system and will receive an automated confirmation email with appointment details. Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review the confirmation email and attend your appointment on time. Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be marked as a missed appointment. ❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Failure to Cancel (No-Show Policy): No-Call, No-Show: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a $20.00 no-call, no-show fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late and will not qualify for rescheduling without prior authorization. ⚠️ Exceptions to the Policy: Acts of God & Service Errors: In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., natural disasters) or if an appointment is missed due to our error, we will gladly reschedule your session at no additional cost. Technical Difficulties: If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule promptly. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are functional. 📌 Additional Booking Policies: Non-Transferable Appointments: Appointments are non-transferable and must be attended by the person who booked the session. Payment Policy: If applicable, payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. No Refunds for Missed Appointments: Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. Respectful Conduct: We maintain a respectful learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our booking policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to supporting your educational journey.
