How to create a protected account profile using lawful administrative processes. How to build a record that places banks and CUs on notice regarding your rights. What steps to take if your institution mishandles funds, freezes an account, or fails to respond properly. 🔹 PART TWO: Bank Securities & Account Structures This section teaches you: How banks and credit unions use securities, deposits, and ledgers behind the scenes. The differences between each type of account (checking, savings, fiduciary, trust, estate, commercial, protected accounts, etc.) How institutions classify your deposits as liabilities and assets. What lawful performance obligations they owe you as a depositor. How to identify when a bank or CU violates federal rules, internal controls, or reporting obligations. 🔹 PART THREE: Negotiable Instruments & Enforcement (You will gain the tools and language needed to make sure your instruments are taken seriously and acted upon appropriately.) Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our educational services. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review our booking policies carefully: 📅 Appointment Scheduling & Responsibility: Self-Scheduling: Clients schedule appointments independently through our booking system and will receive an automated confirmation email with appointment details. Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review the confirmation email and attend your appointment on time. Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 5 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be marked as a missed appointment. ❗ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Failure to Cancel (No-Show Policy): No-Call, No-Show: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a $20.00 no-call, no-show fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late and will not qualify for rescheduling without prior authorization. ⚠️ Exceptions to the Policy: Acts of God & Service Errors: In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., natural disasters) or if an appointment is missed due to our error, we will gladly reschedule your session at no additional cost. Technical Difficulties: If technical issues occur on our end, we will reschedule promptly. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are functional. 📌 Additional Booking Policies: Non-Transferable Appointments: Appointments are non-transferable and must be attended by the person who booked the session. Payment Policy: If applicable, payment must be completed at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. No Refunds for Missed Appointments: Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable. Respectful Conduct: We maintain a respectful learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
